Run CDS Audit Trail Report

This report displays changes that were made to user permissions for Clinical Decision Support.

Access Clinical Reports

  1. Hover over the Clinical icon and click on Clinical Reports. The Audit Trail report opens.

Run CDS Audit Trail Report

  1. Select CDS Audit Trail from the drop-down list. The Reports page opens.
  2. Click Run Report. The results display.
  3. Review the audit trail:
    1. Date/Time: When the change was made.
    2. User: Which user made the change.
    3. Action: What change was made.
    4. Description: Details of the change.
