View CDC Recommendations

Recommended immunization schedules are prepared by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) each year. These schedules outline the immunizations that should be given based on a patient's age and prior immunization history.

Access Immunizations

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name in the top search box.
  2. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's chart opens.
  3. Click Immunizations in the left menu. The Immunizations page opens.

View CDC Recommendations

  1. Click the CDC Recommendations drop-down and select Child & Adolescent (0-18 yrs) or Adult (19+ yrs). Depending on the browser, the recommendations opens as a PDF in a new browser window or the PDF is downloaded to the device.

  1. Review the recommended immunization schedule.
    Note: The CDC recommendations is update yearly.
