The Tebra Customer Care Portal is your new destination for accessing support and self-service resources.

Our goal is to bring customer support resources together in one place, making it easier to find answers, submit support requests, track your cases, and access help whenever you need it.

Through the portal, you can:

  • Search help articles
  • Submit support requests
  • View and track your support cases
  • Access customer support resources from a single location

General Information

When will the Customer Care Portal be available? The Customer Care Portal is scheduled to launch on July 16, 2026.
Why is Tebra introducing a new Customer Care Portal? We're investing in a more connected customer support experience by bringing our support resources together in one place.

The Customer Care Portal is designed to:
  • Make it easier to find answers
  • Simplify access to Customer Care
  • Provide better visibility into your support requests
  • Reduce friction when you need assistance

This launch is the first step in continuing to improve the overall customer experience.

Portal Access

How do I access the Customer Care Portal? You can access the portal by:
  • Selecting Customer Care from within your Tebra products, or
  • Navigating directly to support.tebra.com

Beginning July 16, 2026, selecting the Customer Care option within the Tebra products will take you to the Customer Care Portal.

Who can request access to the portal? Any verified Tebra customer user can request access to the Customer Care Portal using the Request Access link on the portal landing page.
How do I request access? Visit the Customer Care Portal landing page and select Request Access. Once your information has been verified, you'll receive instructions for activating your account.
Do I need a Tebra account to access the portal? Yes. Access to the Customer Care Portal requires user verification to help protect customer information and ensure secure access to support resources.
Can Billing Companies access the portal? Yes. Billing Company users can request access to the Customer Care Portal.
Can third-party partners access the portal? Access for third-party partners is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you need access, please submit a request through the portal.
What if I can't log in? If you cannot log in and:
  • You have an account, select Forgot Password from the login page.
  • You do not have an account, select Request Access on the portal landing page.

If you are still unable to access the portal, contact Customer Care for assistance.

Can I still submit support requests? Yes. You can continue to submit support requests through the Tebra product or by visiting support.tebra.com.
Will I be able to view my existing support cases? Yes. After signing in, you can view and track your existing support cases within the Customer Care Portal.
Which browsers are supported? The Customer Care Portal supports the same web browsers currently supported by Tebra.

For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of your supported browser.

Help Center

What will happen to the current public Help Center? The current public Help Center will be accessible through August 2026 to support the transition to the Customer Care Portal.
What happens to my existing bookmarks? The Customer Care Portal introduces a new experience with updated page locations. Because of these changes, previously saved bookmarks may no longer work as expected.

We recommend updating your bookmarks after you begin using the new portal.
Will links to existing help articles continue to work? The current public Help Center will remain available through August 2026 to support the transition.

After that time, links to help articles will direct you to the Customer Care Portal, where you may be prompted to sign in before viewing content.
Where will I find the help articles in the Customer Care Portal? Within the Customer Care Portal, you will still be able to connect with Debra, our Virtual Agent, use the global search feature, or you can navigate directly to the new Knowledge Base section to find help articles.
