Charge Capture Settings

Practices can access the Charge Capture Settings page that allows System Administrators to enable a permission for their Office Staff users to be able to submit charge captures to billing.
Access Charge Capture Settings
- Hover over the User icon and click on Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
- Click Billing. Additional setting options expands.
- Click Charge Capture. The Charge Capture Settings page opens.

Enable Submit to Billing Status
- Click Edit. The Charge Capture Settings editor opens.
- Click to select "Enable Submit to Billing Status".
- Click Save.
