Add, Edit, or Delete Hospital Affiliation in Profile

Add one or more Hospital Affiliations to your profile to let your patients know where else you practice, give them piece of mind, and allow them to make more informed healthcare decisions.

Access Provider Profile

  1. Hover over the Platform icon and click on Provider Profiles. The Provider Profiles page opens.
  2. Click Manage on the right of the provider name. The Provider's Profile page opens.
  3. Scroll down to the Hospital Affiliations section of the Provider Profile.

Add Hospital Affiliation

  1. Click +Add Hospital Affiliation. The Hospital Affiliations editor opens.
  2. Enter the Affiliation Name, Years Affiliated, and Address.
  3. Click Save Changes. The editor closes and the updated information displays.

Edit or Delete Hospital Affiliation

  1. Hover over the Hospital Affiliations entry you want to edit or delete and click Edit. The editor opens.
  2. To edit a Hospital Affiliation, make desired changes to the information and click Save Changes. The editor closes and the updated information displays.
  3. To delete a Hospital Affiliation, click Delete in the lower right of the editor window.
  4. To reorder the list of entries, click the bar icon on the left of the Hospital Affiliation name and drag it up or down into the new position.
