Unpublish Online Provider Profile

An online provider profile can be unpublished from within the editor tools. Once the profile status is set to unpublished, it is no longer viewable online.

Access Provider Profile Editor

  1. Hover over the Platform icon and click on Provider Profiles. The Provider Profiles page opens.
  2. Click Manage on the right of the provider name. The Provider's Profile page opens.


Disable Provider Profile

  1. Scroll down to the Disable Profile section of the Provider Profile.
  2. Hover over Profile Status Published and click  Edit. The editor opens.
  3. Click the Profile Status drop-down and select Unpublished.
  4. Click Save Changes. The Profile Status displays as Unpublished.


A red Unpublished badge displays above the provider photo on the Provider Profiles settings page. Platform_ProviderProfile_Unpublished.png
