Reviews that are removed on the Practice Portal will not be reflected on any third party site. Reviews that remain live on a third-party site may re-appear in the Practice Portal until it is removed on the third-party publisher.
Reviews on Google cannot be removed by Business Owner. However, you can report individual reviews. Google moderators will evaluate the content of the reviews and remove if found to violate their policy. This may take several days. Google will follow up with you only if they need additional information, or have additional information to share.
Reviews on Facebook cannot be removed by the Business Owner. However, you can report individual reviews. Facebook moderators will evaluate the content of the reviews and remove if found false or inflammatory. This may take several days.
Reviews on Healthgrades cannot be removed by the Business Owner. However, you can report individual reviews if you suspect a violation of their policy guidelines. Healthgrades moderators will re-evaluate the content of the review and remove if found false or inflammatory. This may take several days.
Reviews on Vitals cannot be removed by the Business Owner. However, you can submit a support request and a Customer Support Representative will evaluate the content of the review and remove it if found false or inflammatory.
Reviews on Yelp cannot be removed by the Business Owner. However, you can report individual reviews. Yelp moderators will evaluate the content of the reviews and remove if found false or inflammatory. This may take several days. Note: you may still need to claim your business page in order to report content from a business account.
