For our customers with the Solution Center option under the Navigation pane Shortcuts menu, System Administrators can subscribe to multiple Tebra modules and/or additional features creating a single experience for both managing and marketing the practice.
Navigate the Solution Center
- Click Solution Center under the Navigation pane Shortcuts menu on the left side. The Solution Center window opens.
- Modules: Displays Active and/or available for purchase modules for the practice.
- To purchase a module, click Buy Now. The first step, Providers, displays then proceed to Purchase Product.
- Payment Solutions:
- Tebra Payments: Displays as Active for Tebra Payments activated practices. If not already activated, click Learn More for details and to start the application process.
- Tebra Patient Collect: Displays as Active for Patient Collect (Stripe) activated practices.
- AI Note Assist Subscription: Available for Clinical subscribers to activate a monthly subscription per provider for AI Notes.
- To activate, click Activate Subscription. The first step, Providers, displays then proceed to Purchase Product.

Purchase Product
- Under the first step, Providers, all eligible providers are selected by default. If necessary, click to clear the checkbox to remove a provider from the product purchase and activation.
- Click Continue to proceed. The second step, Confirmation, displays.

- Review the list of providers included in the purchase.
- If applicable, click I have a promo code to enter a promotional code.
- Click to select and agree to Tebra's Terms of Service. To review the details, click Terms of Service.
- Click Confirm to purchase and activate the product for all listed providers. A green confirmation message displays.
