Access Stripe Dashboard

For Patient Collect (Stripe) activated practices, System Administrators can access their Stripe Dashboard from the Desktop Application (PM) Settings.

Note: To access the Stripe Dashboard from the web platform, review Access Stripe Dashboard. The Stripe Dashboard can also be accessed by going directly to the Stripe Sign in page.

Access Stripe Dashboard

  1. Click Settings > Patient Payments. The Patient Payments window opens.
  2. Click Log into your Stripe Dashboard. The Stripe Sign in window opens.

  1. Enter the Email and Password associated with the Stripe account then click Sign in. Or, if applicable, sign in via a different method.
  2. Complete the required authentication. The Stripe Dashboard opens.
