Company reports can be used to monitor the most important indicators associated with the financial performance of the practices, to review the productivity of all users across all practices, and to review summary and detailed information about your Tebra account.

Company Reports and Descriptions
Below are the available encounters reports and brief descriptions.
Report Name | Description |
Company Indicators Summary | Defaults to Month To Date. This report provides a summary of key indicators (e.g., Procedures, Charges, Adjustments, Receipts) associated with the financial performance of the Tebra account grouped by practice. |
Company User Productivity | Defaults to Today (current day). Pulls data by the Post Date of the records (e.g., Encounter, Payment) and/or transaction (e.g., Adjustment). This report provides productivity metrics (e.g., Charges, Adjustments, Receipts) for all users across all practices of the Tebra account. |
Customer Account Summary | Defaults to Previous Month. This report provides a total summary of the Tebra account's providers, clearinghouse transactions, patient statements, and document storage grouped by practice. |
Customer Account Detail | Defaults to Previous Month. To generate this report, customize to narrow the scope otherwise refresh the report to generate transactions for all practices of the Tebra account (which may take some time due to the amount of data). This report provides detailed analysis of clearinghouse transaction, patient statement, and document storage amounts grouped by practice. |
