Enhancement: Find Available Appointment - Multiple Resources
The enhanced Find Available Appointment experience introduces a richer filter model and a powerful multi-resource grid to simplify complex scheduling. Practices can now select multiple providers at once, include staff members, filter by start date, visit reason, service location, and use advanced filters to schedule rooms and equipment. The new scannable results grid neatly groups availability by resource rows and date columns—visually distinguishing between resource types—while displaying service location context directly within the rows.
Enhanced Multiple Resources Filters
- Filters:
- Provider: By default, the providers selected from the Dashboard or Calendar are populated. If applicable, click to select applicable providers or click X to remove a provider.
- Staff: By default, the staff members selected from the Dashboard or Calendar are populated. If applicable, click to select: All Staff, applicable staff members, or click X to remove a staff member.
- Rooms: Click to select all applicable rooms.
- Equipment: Click to select all applicable equipment.
|
 |
- Show only comment availability: Click the toggle on to show appointments for each provider with same availability as the selected resources (e.g., staff member and equipment).
Note: This option requires at least one provider and one resource selected.
- Common Appointments: Displays available time slots based on the combined availability of the provider and selected resources.
