Productivity & Analysis Reports

Productivity and analysis reports can be used to track the productivity of providers and users within the practice, and to analyze reimbursement by insurance companies and patients.

Navigate to Productivity & Analysis Reports

  • Click Reports > Productivity & Analysis. The Productivity & Analysis reports drop-down menu displays.

Productivity & Analysis Reports and Descriptions

Below are the available productivity and analysis reports and brief descriptions.

Report Name Description
Most Commonly Used Diagnosis Codes Defaults to the Last Three Months. Pulls data by the Post Date of the Encounter record and provides a list of the most commonly used diagnosis codes by the practice by rank and number of times used.
Provider Productivity Defaults to Month To Date. Pulls data by the Post Date of the Encounter record and provides a list of all procedures performed and grouped by provider. The list includes details such as the procedure codes and descriptions, units, charges, and relative value units (RVU) subgrouped by practice location.
Daily Report Defaults to Today (current day). Pulls data by the Post Date of the records (e.g., Encounter, Payment) and/or Posting Date of the transaction (e.g., Adjustment, Payment). Provides an analysis of daily transaction activity that includes procedures, charges, receipts, and adjustments.
Account Activity Report Defaults to Today (current day). Pulls data by the Post Date of the records (e.g., Encounter, Payment) and/or Posting Date of the transaction (e.g., Adjustment, Payment). Provides a summary of charges, payments, adjustments, and balance for each procedure performed grouped by provider.
Procedure Payments Summary Defaults to Month To Date. Pulls data by the Post Date of the Payment record and/or Posting Date of the transaction (e.g., Adjustment, Payment) and provides a list of total procedures performed. The list includes service details (e.g., procedure code and description, quantity, average charge, total charges) and average payment and adjustments grouped by provider.
User Productivity Defaults to Today (current day). Pulls data by the Post Date of the records (e.g., Encounter, Payment) and/or Posting Date of the transaction (e.g., Adjustment, Payment). Provides productivity metrics (e.g., Charges, Adjustments, Receipts) for all users within the practice.
