The patient broadcast feature allows the provider or front office staff to quickly and easily notify patients of changes in a provider’s schedule. After the message is sent to patients, view a history of broadcast messages.
Available for Engage subscribers.
Access Broadcast History
- Hover over the Engage icon and click on Patient Broadcast. The Send Patient Broadcast page opens.
- Click Broadcast History on the left menu. The Broadcast History page opens.

View Broadcast History
- Most recent sent broadcast messages display. If applicable, click Show More to view additional messages.
- Review the broadcast status, message sent, appointment date(s), provider, and service location(s). Click on the message to view the confirmation details.
- Click the number of patients to view additional details. The Broadcast message details pop-up window opens.
- Review the patient names, appointment date, provider, service location, phone number, and email.
