View Patient Broadcast History

The patient broadcast feature allows the provider or front office staff to quickly and easily notify patients of changes in a provider’s schedule. After the message is sent to patients, view a history of broadcast messages.

Available for Engage subscribers.

Access Broadcast History

  1. Hover over the Engage icon and click on Patient Broadcast. The Send Patient Broadcast page opens.
  2. Click Broadcast History on the left menu. The Broadcast History page opens.
  3. Sent messages display from most recent to oldest.
    • When applicable, click Show More to view additional broadcast messages.

View Broadcast History

  1. The history displays the broadcast status, message sent, appointment date(s), provider(s), and service location(s). Click on a broadcast history to view confirmation details.
  2. Click the number of patients to view additional details. The Broadcast message details pop-up window opens.
  3. Review the patient names, appointment date, provider, service location, phone number, and email.
