View, Download, or Print Document

Documents such as an image, PDF, or Word file can be uploaded to the Documents page or added to a patient's chart. Depending on the file type, view the document in the browser or download the document to view details. When necessary, you can print the document from the browser or the downloaded file.

Access Documents

  1. Hover over the Platform icon and select Documents. The Documents page opens.
    Note: Patient documents can also be accessed in the patient's chart.
  2. Search for the document by entering the patient's name, document name, document label, and/or notes.

View Document

The option to view a document is only applicable to certain types of files (e.g., images, PDF, etc). For other file types, download the document to view and/or print.

  1. Click the more options icon and select View. The document opens in the browser window.

  1. Review the document.
    • To print the document, use the browser's print function.

Download Document

Download the document to save the file and print, as necessary.

  1. Click the more options icon and select Download. The file is saved to the computer.
  2. Open the saved file to view and/or print the document.
