Create Flowsheet

Build-Your-Own Flowsheets allow providers to review a combination of pertinent patient vitals and lab results within an easily viewable screen. This feature allows users to create their own flowsheets using vitals and commonly ordered lab tests.

Recognizing that every practice is different, System Administrators and Providers now have the flexibility to select the type of data that’s included in each flowsheet and in a layout that makes sense for them.

Access Flowsheets Settings

  1. Hover over the User icon and click on Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
  2. Click Clinical on the left menu. Additional setting options expands.
  3. Click Flowsheets. The Flowsheets page opens.

Create Flowsheet

  1. Click Create. The Create Flowsheet pop-up window opens.
  2. Build the flowsheet:
    1. Enter a Name.
    2. On the right, select Available Categories to view corresponding items.
    3. To add items, select an item on the right and click the left arrow.
    4. To remove items, select an item on the left and click the right arrow.
    5. To reorder items, select the item on the left and click the up or down arrow.
  3. Click Save when finished. The flowsheet is saved under Custom Flowsheets.

The newly built flowsheet can be viewed in the patient's chart or from a note.
