View Locked User Accounts

Filter locked users to display all user accounts that no longer have access to the practice. If necessary, unlock the user account to reactivate the user's account.

Access User Settings

  1. Hover over the User icon and click Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
  2. Click User Settings. The User Settings page opens.

Locked User Accounts

  1. Click the Locked Status drop-down and select "Locked". All locked users display.
    • To filter locked users by type, click the User Type drop-down select "Providers" or "Non-Providers".
  2. Click Unlock to reactivate a provider account or  reactivate a user account.
