Filter locked users to display all user accounts that no longer have access to the practice. If necessary, unlock the user account to reactivate the user's account.
Access User Settings
- Hover over the User icon and click Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
- Click User Settings. The User Settings page opens.

Locked User Accounts
- Click the Locked Status drop-down and select "Locked". All locked users display.
- To filter locked users by type, click the User Type drop-down select "Providers" or "Non-Providers".
- Click Unlock to reactivate a provider account or reactivate a user account.
