User accounts that have been locked display under the Locked Users. If necessary, unlock the user account to reactivate the user's account.
Access User Settings
- Hover over the User icon and click Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
- Click User Settings. The User Settings page opens.

Locked User Accounts
- Click the User Filters drop-down and select "Locked". All locked users display.
- To filter by locked users by type, click to select "Providers" or "Non-Providers" in addition to "Locked".
- Click Unlock to reactivate a provider account or reactivate a user account.
