One great aspect of the Practice Growth platform is its flexibility. Whether you are in the Implementation phase, recently launched, or a long-time customer, you may request to edit the content of your website at any time. Anything that attracts patients, be it promotions, free consultations, or any unique information about your practice, is worthy of being featured on your website. These additional website modules or sections can come in various forms; a simple but elegant text overlay, a short video or hyperlink, to an E-commerce store. Whatever medium you choose, the more interaction you can have with patients, the better.
During your Implementation, you will become familiar with the structure of your website, learning about our different website modules including promo modules. A “promo” module is an additional section that can be added to your website to highlight new and unique information about your practice. Promo modules not only highlight promotions and deals but can range from featuring new equipment to promoting special events offered by your practice. If you are having trouble deciding what information you should highlight on your website, contact your Implementation Manager and they will be happy to help.
Once your website has launched, you will be introduced to our Practice Support team. The Practice Support team will become your primary point of contact for any questions or website edits you may have. There is typically a 3-5 day turnaround for design requests, depending on the scale of the task. Keeping this in mind, it is important to notify Practice Support about any time-sensitive material (such as a limited-time special offer during a holiday) ahead of time to ensure your content can be processed and uploaded within the desired timeframe. You will also be able to submit content requests through our Practice Support team by contacting Customer Care.
