AI Generated Review Replies

Tebra’s AI-Generated Review Replies enables healthcare practices to quickly respond to patient reviews on Google through the power of Artifical Intelligence (AI). Responses are sentiment-based replies, saving time and enhancing patient engagement while improving online reputation and trust.

This feature is only available for Practice Growth or Patient Experience direct practice subscribers.

Access Generated Replies

  1. Click Reputation. The Public Reviews page opens.
  2. Click Reply. The pop-up window opens.
    Note: AI-Generated replies are only available for patient reviews from Google.
  3. Review the note and click Got it to continue.

Generate Reply

  1. Click Reply again. The Public Reply field opens.
  2. Click Generate New. The AI response generates.
  3. Review the response.
    • Edit the response, as necessary.
    • To draft another reply, click Generate New.
  4. Click Reply when finished.
