How to remove reviews on 3rd party publishers
One of Practice Growth’s missions is to help build and manage your reputation online. Addressing negative feedback to the best of your ability shows potential patients that you care. On the other hand, removing irrelevant, abusive, and spam reviews can help improve the experience.
Removing Reviews on the Practice Portal
Reviews that are removed on the Practice Portal will not be reflected on any third party site. Reviews that remain live on a third-party site may re-appear in the Practice Portal until it is removed on the third-party publisher.
Removing Reviews on Google
Reviews on Google cannot be removed by Business Owner. However, you can report individual reviews. Google moderators will evaluate the content of the reviews and remove if found to violate their policy. This may take several days. Google will follow up with you only if they need additional information, or have additional information to share.
How to report a review on Google?
- On your computer, sign in to Google My Business.
- Choose the review you’d like to flag:
- Multiple locations: In the menu on the left, click Manage reviews. Then, use the drop-down menu to choose a location group. (This feature is not available for organization accounts.)
- Reviews for a single location: Open the location you’d like to manage. In the menu on the left, click Reviews.
- On the review you’d like to flag, click the ellipsis (…) and select Flag as inappropriate.
- Enter your information > Click Submit
Removing Reviews on Facebook
Reviews on Facebook cannot be removed by the Business Owner. However, you can report individual reviews. Facebook moderators will evaluate the content of the reviews and remove if found false or inflammatory. This may take several days.
How to report a review on Facebook?
- Go to Reviews and click the ellipsis (…) in the top right corner of the post you want to report.
- Select Find support or report recommendation.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Removing Reviews on Healthgrades
Reviews on Healthgrades cannot be removed by the Business Owner. However, you can report individual reviews if you suspect a violation of their policy guidelines. Healthgrades moderators will re-evaluate the content of the review and remove if found false or inflammatory. This may take several days.
How to report a review on Healthgrades?
- To flag a review which you believe displays inappropriate content or privacy information, click on the ellipsis (…) in the top right corner of the comment box and select “Flag Comment.”
- Complete the questionnaire and click Submit Flag.
- Once submitted, the Healthgrades customer service team will be notified of the flagged comment and will review based on their review guidelines.
Removing Reviews on Vitals
Reviews on Vitals cannot be removed by the Business Owner. However, you can submit a support request and a Customer Support Representative will evaluate the content of the review and remove it if found false or inflammatory.
How to report a review on Vitals?
- Go to the Feedback Support Request Form on the Vitals Website
- Complete the form and select the Patient Reviews category
- Submit the request details
Removing Reviews on Yelp
Reviews on Yelp cannot be removed by the Business Owner. However, you can report individual reviews. Yelp moderators will evaluate the content of the reviews and remove if found false or inflammatory. This may take several days. Note: you may still need to claim your business page in order to report content from a business account.
How to report a review on Yelp?
- Locate the review in the Reviews section of your business account
- Find the More Options button (…) and click Report Review
