One of Practice Growth’s missions is to help build and manage your reputation online. Addressing negative feedback to the best of your ability shows potential patients that you care. On the other hand, removing irrelevant, abusive, and spam reviews can help improve the experience.

Removing Reviews on the Practice Portal

Reviews that are removed on the Practice Portal will not be reflected on any third party site. Reviews that remain live on a third-party site may re-appear in the Practice Portal until it is removed on the third-party publisher.
