How to update payment information
If you need to update the payment information that you have on file for your Practice Growth account, you can do so through your Practice Growth Practice Portal. Follow the instructions below to update your payment information at any time.
Note: Practice Growth accepts two kinds of payments: credit card or ACH (bank). Paper checks are not accepted.
- Sign in to your Practice Portal at app.patientpop.com with the login information provided by your Implementation Manager.
- Once successfully logged in, in the bottom left-hand corner of your portal dashboard, click on your practice name and photo.
- Select Payment Info from the menu, and it will take you to the Payment Information screen where you can enter your new credit card or ACH information.
- Once you are done, click on the green Update Payment Info button.
