How to update payment information

Change the credit card or ACH payment information used to process payments for the account.

Update Payment Method

  1. Click Settings. The Settings pop-up window opens.
  2. Click Payment Method. The Update Payment Method page opens.
  3. Click to select "Credit Card" or "ACH".
  4. Enter the applicable fields.
    Note: To avoid interruptions in services, the name on the card and the address must match the information on file with your credit card company or bank.
  5. Click Update when finished.
