Once default encounter forms are created and associated with the Provider record(s), they can be printed directly from the calendar views or the Appointments drop-down menu option, Print Encounter Forms. The forms print with the practice name, provider's name, patient's demographic information, and date of the encounter. To learn how to print encounter forms from the calendar views, review Navigate Calendar.
