Rejection Details

This rejection indicates the claim was resubmitted within 24-48 hours of the original submission. 

Until the clearinghouse has fully processed and forwarded the initial submission for the claim, all subsequent submissions will be rejected and not forwarded to the payer.

This rejection will not affect the status of the initial submission however. 


Review any clearinghouse responses (by referencing the clearinghouse tracking #) for the previous submission to determine the actual claim status. 

To prevent this kind of rejection, we recommend waiting 48 business hours before resubmitting claim(s).
