How often is the data refreshed on the A/R Dashboard? The data that displays on the A/R Dashboard is refreshed near real-time and updates every 5-15 minutes.
Why are the values on the A/R Dashboard rounded? The A/R Dashboard intends to provide a high-level snapshot of outstanding values using rounded figures. To view the actual value, hover over the eye icon where available, or review the Insurance Collections report for more details.
Can I export the data from or save a filtered view of the A/R Dashboard? Not at this time but these features are under consideration for future enhancements of the A/R Dashboard.
Why aren't the drill-downs available for the A/R aging buckets and Top outstanding balances when viewing Insights for Patients? We are currently developing a new Patient Collections report. The A/R over time and Matched A/R trends intend to provide a retrospective view of what happened with the practice's charges based strictly on the date of service and do not update with aging filter changes.
How is the A/R Dashboard different from the Desktop Application (PM) A/R Aging report? The key differences are:
  • The data on the A/R Dashboard is updated every 5-15 minutes
  • The A/R Dashboard can be filtered by Scheduling Provider
  • The A/R Dashboard is reported by Insurance Company instead of Insurance Plan
