Proof of Timely Filing
Practices experiencing issues generating proof of timely filing (POTF) from within the Desktop Application (PM) for claims submitted electronically to Trizetto can generate the POTF report from within the web platform as a temporary solution while our engineering team builds the permanent, long-term solution.
Note: This is a temporary solution, so there are some limitations.
- Only users with the System Admin and/or Biller roles can access the POTF report feature in the web platform.
- The POTF report can only be generated for primary payer claims and does not support secondary or tertiary payer claims.
- Not all payers are supported. For the full list of supported payers, review the Proof of Timely Filing Payer List section.
