Note: System Administrators can only view data for practices that they can access. |
| What if I only manage a few practices? | The Practice Performance Dashboard is valuable for anyone who manages two or more practices. Even with a small number of practices, a consolidated view eliminates manual aggregation and provides a holistic performance picture. |

| What is the difference between the Practice Performance Dashboard and the A/R Dashboard? | The Practice Performance Dashboard offers leaders an executive-level view to monitor the overall billing health and identify at-risk practices, whereas the A/R Dashboard provides billers with the practice-specific insights on unpaid claims and performance. |
| Will this replace the existing practice-level reports? | No. The existing practice-level reports remain fully available. The Practice Performance Dashboard provides a new consolidated view in addition to the current reporting capabilities. |
| Which Desktop Application (PM) reports can be cross-referenced with the Practice Performance Dashboard calculations? | As the only view offering cross-practice reporting, the Practice Performance Dashboard includes some metrics (e.g., Clean Claim Rate) that are new and unique to the dashboard and not available in the Desktop Application (PM) reports. The following Desktop Application (PM) reports and metrics can be cross-referenced with the dashboard but must be reviewed on a per practice basis.
