Enroll for New eLabs Training

After the eLabs connection is activated for your practice, complete the New eLabs Training course in Tebra University to learn how to initiate and submit lab orders electronically, view and sign off on lab results that will automatically display in the patient chart and on the patient portal.

Access Tebra University Log into app.kareo.com. Click GO TO TRAINING from the training card. The Tebra University dashboard page opens. If the Training Card is no longer available, access Tebra University to log in. The Tebra University dashboard page opens. Tip: Bookmark https://app.kareo.com/tebra-university-ui to access Tebra University.

Enroll for New eLabs Training In Tebra University, click Catalog. The Catalog page opens. Click the search icon and search for "New eLabs Training". Results automatically displays. Click Enroll for New eLabs Training to add the course to the Tebra University Dashboard. The confirmation pop-up window opens. Important note: There are two lab trainings available, New eLabs Training and eLab Training. Verify the enrollment is for the New eLabs Training as the eLab Training is intended for a different audience. Click Yes to confirm. The course is now available on the Tebra University Dashboard. Complete the New eLabs Training course to learn how to create and process lab orders from beginning to end. Tip: Reference the Process eLab Order help article when processing an eLab order, as necessary.
