Deactivate or Activate Template

Deactivate templates that are not currently used by the practice to shorten the active template list within a note - making it more efficient when searching. Deactivated templates are moved from the active list to the inactive list. If applicable, the deactivated templates can be activated to make the template available within the note.

Access Templates

  1. Hover over the User icon and click on My Settings. The My Settings page opens.
  2. Click Templates. The Templates page opens.

Deactivate Template

  1. Click to select the template(s) to deactivate.
  2. Click Deactivate. The selected template(s) is moved to the Inactive list.

Activate Template

  1. Click the Inactive tab. The list of inactive templates displays.
  2. Click to select the template(s) to activate.
  3. Click Activate. The selected template(s) is moved to the Active list.
