Providers can pull a patient’s medication history from Surescript for the past 12 months or the last 50 drugs filled. The medication history also includes controlled substances, durable medical equipment (DME), and supplies. With the patient's consent, the system matches prescriptions using the patient's name, date of birth, and their address.
