Fullscript: Create Patient Profile

Updated: 08/19/2025|Views: 15

Tebra’s Fullscript integration enables providers to streamline supplement prescribing, education, and fulfillment within a single, end-to-end workflow. This embedded experience boosts care quality, minimizes administrative friction, and supports practice growth through a new revenue stream.

Providers with a Tebra and Fullscript account (US only) can connect their accounts to begin creating patients in Fullscript and writing supplement plans. Patient Fullscript profiles must be created before a supplement plan can be written.
