The Documents page allow users to perform advanced search, expanded document options, bulk document actions, upload documents, import Summary of Care, and manage document labels. The practice can show or hide preset labels that are relevant to their workflow.
Access Manage Labels
- Hover over the Platform icon and click on Documents. The Documents page opens.
- Upload or edit a document. The New or Edit Document pop-up window opens.
- Click the Label drop-down list and select Manage Labels. The list of labels displays.

Manage Labels
- Manage Label: Show or hide preset labels when uploading or editing a document.
- To show the document label, click the label toggle on.
- To hide the document label, click the label toggle off.
- Click Save when finished. The labels are updated.
- Click X to close the pop-up window.
