The Message Center enables users to easily send and receive messages within the practice and communicate with patients through email or text .
Users within the practice can easily and securely send messages to one another through the Message Center. The system also allows you to reference patients and add documents.
Initiate New Message
- Click the envelope icon. The messaging summary window opens.
- Click New Message. The New Message pop-up window opens.
- Click to select "Staff".
- Click Next. The New Message to Staff pop-up window opens.

Send New Message
- Enter the first 2–3 letters of the staff's name and click to select the staff from the auto-populated results. If necessary, add additional staff.
- If necessary, reference a patient and/or document.
- Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name and click to select the patient from the auto-populated results.
- Click Document to browse uploaded documents or attach a new document (not to exceed 10MB).
- Enter the Subject and a message in the Body field.
- Click Send when finished. The message is sent and a message notification badge displays for the recipient(s).
