Manage Profile Other Information

Provider Profile is an online tool that helps you highlight key information about your practice and promote your services to the public. Complete your profile to help attract more patients and expand your digital presence. Add information about your affiliations, achievements, and education.

Review all Manage Provider Profile help articles to learn how to update or populate all sections of the profile.

Access Provider Profile Editor

  1. Hover over the Platform icon and click on Provider Profiles. The Provider Profiles page opens.
  2. Click Manage on the right of the provider name. The Provider Profile page opens.
  3. Scroll to the Other Information section of the Provider Profile.

Manage Other Information

Allow 24-48 hours for saved changes to take effect.

  1. Click Edit. The editor opens.
  2. Education: Add any under- and post-graduate degrees, vocational training, certification courses, or other education that is relevant to the provider's career or personal direction.
    1. To add an education, click +Add Education to add an education for the first time or click the plus icon add an additional education. Then, enter the Institution Name, Area of Study, and Year Graduated.
    2. To edit an education, make applicable changes to the Institution Name, Area of Study, and/or Year Graduated.
    3. To remove an education, click the minus icon.
    4. To reorder the education, click and drag the bar icon up or down.

  1. Awards: Add awards to showcase the provider's achievements and accomplishments.
    1. To add an award, click + Add Award to add an award for the first time or click the plus icon add an additional award. Then, enter the Award Title
    2. To edit the award, make applicable changes to the Award Title.
    3. To remove an award, click the minus icon.
    4. To reorder the awards, click and drag the bar icon up or down.

  1. Hospital Affiliations: Add hospitals where the provider has privileges.
    1. To add an affiliation, click + Add Hospital Affiliation to add an affiliation for the first time or click the plus icon add an additional affiliation. Then, enter the Affiliation Name
    2. To edit the affiliation, make applicable changes to the Affiliation Name.
    3. To remove an affiliation, click the minus icon.
    4. To reorder the affiliation, click and drag the bar icon up or down.

  1. Associations: Add associations and groups that the provider is currently affiliated with.
    1. To add an association, click + Add Association to add an association for the first time or click the plus icon add an additional association. Then, enter the Association Name.
    2. To edit the association, make applicable changes to the Association Name.
    3. To remove an association, click the minus icon.
    4. To reorder the affiliation, click and drag the bar icon up or down.
  2. Click Save Changes when finished.
