Manage Profile Services, Conditions Treated, and Procedures

Provider Profile is an online tool that helps you highlight key information about your practice and promote your services to the public. Complete your profile to help attract more patients and expand your digital presence. Add services, conditions treated, and procedures you provide so patients know what you offer.
Review all Manage Provider Profile help articles to learn how to update or populate all sections of the profile.
Important Note: Allow 24-48 hours for saved changes to take effect.
Access Provider Profile Editor
- Hover over the Platform icon and click on Provider Profiles. The Provider Profiles page opens.
- Click Manage on the right of the provider name. The Provider Profile page opens.

Manage Services
Service descriptions will not appear on your profile, but can be used to help patients find you in search.
- Scroll to the Services section of the Provider Profile.
- Click Edit. The editor opens.
- To add a service, click +Add Service to add a service for the first time or click the plus icon add an additional service . Then, enter the Service and Description.
- To edit a service, make applicable changes to the Service and Description.
- To remove a service, click the minus icon.
- To reorder the service, click and drag the bar icon up or down.
- Click Save Changes when finished.
Note: Allow 24-48 hours for saved changes to take effect.

Manage Conditions Treated
- Scroll to the Conditions Treated section of the Provider Profile.
- Click Edit. The editor opens.
- To add a condition, click +Add Condition to add a for the first time or click the plus icon add an additional condition. Then, enter the Condition.
- To edit a condition, make applicable changes to the Condition.
- To remove a condition, click the minus icon.
- To reorder the condition, click and drag the bar icon up or down.
- Click Save Changes when finished.

Manage Procedures
Procedure descriptions will not appear on your profile, but can be used to help patients find you in search.
- Scroll to the Procedures section of the Provider Profile.
- Click Edit. The editor opens.
- To add a procedure, click +Add Procedure to add a procedure for the first time or click the plus icon add an additional procedure. Then, enter the Procedure and Description.
- To edit a procedure, make applicable changes to the Procedure and Description.
- To remove a procedure, click the minus icon.
- To reorder the procedure, click and drag the bar icon up or down.
- Click Save Changes when finished.
