Manage Review Profiles and Social Media Links

Provider Profile is an online tool that helps you highlight key information about your practice and promote your services to the public. Complete your profile to help attract more patients and expand your digital presence. Add your profiles to route patients to leave a review. Additionally, enter your social media links to integrate your social media channels into your Provider Profile is an effective digital marketing strategy that can increase online interactions, impressions, and business for your practice.

Access Provider Profile Editor

  1. Hover over the Platform icon and click on Provider Profiles. The Provider Profiles page opens.
  2. Click Manage on the right of the provider name. The Provider Profile page opens.
  3. Scroll to the Social Media section of the Provider Profile.

Manage Review Profiles

  1. Scroll to the Review Profiles section of the Provider Profile.
  2. Click Edit. The editor opens.
  3. To enter the provider's Google Profile, click Edit. The Google profiles pop-up window opens.
    1. Enter the provider's Google Place ID (e.g., ChIJFZ123456789abcdefghi) for the service location(s) to route patient's survey and review to Google.
      icon_tip.png Tip: Use Google's Place IDs finder to search for the provider (or practice) and get the Place ID. 
      • To verify the place ID is correct, click View Profile. The Google Reviews pop-up window opens in a new browser.
    2. Click Save Changes when finished.

  1. To enter the profile for Facebook, WebMD, MD.com, Healthgrades, Vitals or Tebra, click + Add. The pop-up window opens.
    1. Enter the unique link for the applicable profile and click Save Changes.
  2. Click Save Changes when finished.
    Note: Allow 24-48 hours for saved changes to take effect.

Manage Social Media Links

  1. Scroll to the Social Media section of the Provider Profile.
  2. Click Edit. The editor opens.
  3. Enter the link for the applicable social media:
    • Google
    • Yelp
    • Facebook
    • Twitter
    • Personal website
  4. Click Save Changes when finished.
    Note: Allow 24-48 hours for saved changes to take effect.
