Online Booking with Practice Growth

With Online Booking, your patients have 24/7 access to your practice appointment availability. Also, when a patient schedules an appointment through Online Booking, they receive appointment confirmation and reminders via text/SMS and/or email which reduces last minute cancellations or “no-show.” for your practice. Patients also receive a feedback survey after their visit to help generate more positive reviews for your practice.

Overall, Online Booking helps drive new patients to you when they discover it’s easy and convenient to request an appointment with your practice.

Practice Growth research shows that 42% of patients would like to self-schedule their appointments. In addition, an Accenture study revealed that 34% of appointments are made after hours.

Are appointment requests automatically confirmed?

No. All appointments are considered “requests” until confirmed by your office staff by taking action on the request in your Practice Portal (login at app.Practice or via the email notification they receive with the appointment request information.

Alternatively, you can ask your Customer Success Manager to set up auto-confirm appointments for you.

Can I adjust the appointment availability visible to patients on my Online Booking schedule?

Yes! You can always login to your Practice Portal and update your availability via the Calendar tab. You can also block off entire days and/or weeks for holidays and other times when you will not be available to patients.

How can I enable Online Booking?

If you don’t have Online Booking enabled, contact our Support Team or your Customer Success Manager to get started immediately.
