Access Patient Portal

Practices with Patient Portal activated can use the portal to automatically email patients who have balances and collect payments online. By accessing the portal, practices can view which emails have gone out and when payments have come in.

Access Patient Portal

  1. Click Settings > Patient Portal. The Patient Portal Provider sign in page launches in a web browser. 
    • To access the Patient Portal from the Patient Sign In page, click Provider Sign In on the top right of the page. The Patient Portal Provider sign in page opens.

  1. Enter the Tebra login email credentials then click Sign in. The Patient Portal Dashboard page opens.
