  • There are specific categories such as online pharmacies, prescription-only products including card-not-present pharmaceuticals, cannabis related practices/consultations, and products and services with varying legal status on a state-by-state basis that may be restricted. Review Stripe Prohibited and Restricted Businesses for more details and for further questions, contact Stripe Support.
  1. Enter the email address.
    • If there is no existing Stripe account for the practice, enter an email address to create an account.
    • If there is an existing Stripe account that should be associated with the practice, enter the email address for that account.
    • If there is an existing Stripe account but it should not be associated with the practice, enter an email address to create a new account
