The Tebra Customer Care Portal brings support resources together in one place, making it easier to find answers, submit support requests, track your cases, and access help whenever you need it.
Through the portal, you can:
- Search help articles
- Submit support requests
- View and track your support cases
- Access customer support resources from a single location
Navigate Customer Care Portal
- Access the Customer Care Portal from within the web platform, Desktop Application (PM), My Account, Practice Growth, or by navigating directly to support.tebra.com and then log in. The Home page of the Customer Care Portal opens.
- Top Menu: Click to select the available options.
- Home: Click to return to the portal Home page.
Note: The Tebra icon can also be used to return to the portal Home page.
- Tebra University: Click to learn more about Tebra University.
- Status: Click to open the Tebra Status page.
- My Account: Click to open the My Account login page.
- Knowledge Base: Click to open the Knowledge Base page to browse help resources.
- Support: Click to open the Support page to submit, view, and track support cases.
- User Profile: Click the user icon to view and/or edit user profile details, or to log out of the portal.
- Tebra Virtual Agent: Click the chat icon to connect with Debra, Tebra's Virtual Agent, for support assistance.
Note: The Tebra Virtual Agent is available in several areas of the portal (e.g., Training University, Knowledge Base, Support, etc.)
