Navigate Knowledge Base

Explore the Knowledge Base section of the Customer Care Portal to view help resources, monthly product release notes, help articles, guides, and training videos.

Navigate Knowledge Base

  1. Access the Customer Care Portal from within the web platform, Desktop Application (PM), My Account, Practice Growth, or by navigating directly to support.tebra.com and then log in. The Home page of the Customer Care Portal opens.
  2. Click Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base page opens.
    1. Search: Enter a keyword, topic, or question to search.
      Note: The global search feature is also available on the Support page and all help content pages. The search results will include the option to view Knowledge or Cases results.
    2. Categories: Click on a category to expand and view available topics and help content.
    3. Help Content: Click on a help resource (e.g., article, guide, video, etc.) to open and view.
