Services
Tebra offers paid exports for Billing, Clinical, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Clinical Notes and Documents. All exports are provided as is and cannot be customized, filtered, or altered in any manner. Review the options below to chose services that fits your needs.

| Completed within 30 business days after receiving the signed agreement.1
For $1,000, export the following data out of your Billing practice as a .xls file:

For $250, export the following data out of your Clinical practice as a .xls file:

For $2,000, export up to 20,000 clinical notes and documents. Additional files are $0.10 per file to export. |
1 Fees for a data exports are per practice. Contact Customer Care to request a quote from the Data Services team if the scope of the export involves multiple practices.

| Can data can we export ourselves at no cost? | You can generate the following reports to manually export data out of Billing or Clinical:

| Can we export our clinical documents? | Yes, Tebra offers a bulk export option for clinical notes and documents through the web platform. Review Export Patient Clinical Data to learn more. |
| How will we receive the exported data? | The Data Services team will setup a shared folder via Share File where you can access your exported data once the project is completed. |
| How long does Tebra keep our data once we have exported? | Tebra will keep the exported data on hand for 3 months once the project is completed. |
| Can I customize the way my data is exported? | No, Tebra can only provide the exports in the formats listed above. They cannot be customized, filtered, or altered in any manner. |
| Can you release the data to my new vendor? | The Data Services team will release the data directly to the contact for the project. If you like, you can give the new vendor access to the shared folder via Share File. |
