View Patient Appointments

Through the appointment tabs of the patient's Demographics page, you can view the list of a patient's upcoming and past appointments. Review the details such as: the appointment date and time, the provider, visit reason, and the status of the appointment.

If necessary, review New Patient Appointment to create a new appointment or Edit or Delete Patient Appointment to make changes to an existing appointment.

Access Demographics

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name or date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) in the top navigation bar search box.
  2. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's Facesheet page opens.
  3. Click Demographics. The Demographics page opens.

Upcoming Appointments

  1. Click the Upcoming Appointments tab. Up to 10 of patient's next appointments within the next year displays.
    Note: The patient's next appointment also displays on the Patient Card on the Facesheet.
  2. Actions: If applicable, go to the calendar or edit the appointment.

Past Appointments

  • Click the Past Appointments tab. Up to 50 of the most recent patient's appointments in the last 2 years displays.
    Note: The patient's last appointment also displays on the Patient Card on the Facesheet.
