Outbound Faxing
Tebra’s integrated faxing feature eliminates the need for external fax machines or third-party services by allowing healthcare providers and staff to send, receive, and manage faxes directly within the web platform. This solution streamlines document workflows, enhances security, and improves overall efficiency, allowing providers to focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks.
To use outbound faxing, practices must be a Clinical subscriber with kFax enabled (Billing Subscriber).
Feature will be deployed to customers in phases and completed by the end of January 2026.
| Send Fax
The option to send a fax only displays when kFax is enabled. If kFax was recently enabled, log out and back into Tebra to apply the change. Allow up to 10 minutes for the fax options to appear. Note: The file size of all documents combined in a fax cannot exceed 10MB.
