Print Patient Immunization Summary

A list of the patient's immunizations can be printed after the patient's vaccines are documented in their chart.

Access Immunizations

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name in the top search box.
  2. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's chart opens.
  3. Click Immunizations in the left menu. The Immunizations page opens.

Print Immunizations

  1. Click Print. The patient's Immunization page opens in a new browser window.

  1. All recorded ordered, administered, historical, and not administered vaccines displays. The immunizations are sorted by the vaccines name in alphabetical order and includes documented details of the vaccine. Additionally, the following details displays for vaccines administered at the practice:
    • The name and role of the healthcare professional administering the vaccine
    • The service location name and address where the vaccine was administered
  2. Click the printer icon. Then, use the web browser's printer function to generate a paper copy of the patient's immunization.
