Stripe Terminal: Purchase

For Patient Collect (Stripe) activated practices, System Administrators can consolidate their payment processors for front office and back office into one solution with the Stripe credit card terminal. A WisePOS E card reader is used with the Stripe terminal to offer a reliable and secure in-person payments solution that supports chip, swipe, and contactless payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Note: This terminal devices are not compatible with Tebra Payments. Review Tebra Payments Terminal: Purchase to learn how to purchase a terminal device specifically for Tebra Payments activated practices.

Access Stripe Dashboard

  1. Hover over the User icon and click on Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
  2. Click Patient Collect. The Patient Collect page opens.
  3. Click Log into your Stripe Dashboard. The Stripe page opens.
    Note: The Stripe Dashboard can also be accessed by going directly to the Stripe Sign in page.

Purchase WisePOS E Reader

  1. Click More. The Stripe Products and Feature menu displays.
  2. Click Terminal. The Reader page opens.
  3. Click Shop. The Terminal hardware page opens.
  1. Click BBPOS WisePOS E. The BBPOS WisePOS E page opens.
  1. Review the WisePOS E Card Reader details. Then, click to select the appropriate quantity from the drop-down menu and click Add to cart. Complete the purchase when ready.

Once the WisePOS E card reader is received, complete the setup to connect to the Stripe terminal.
