Tebra Payments Terminal: Purchase

Tebra Payments activated practices can now purchase a terminal device to seamlessly process all card-present transactions. The selected devices seamlessly integrate with online payments, natively supporting chip, swipe, and contactless payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Both devices are designed for security and compliance, offering end-to-end encryption to ensure transactions are safe and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant.

Note: These terminal devices are not compatible with Patient Collect (Stripe). Review Stripe Terminal: Purchase to learn how to purchase a terminal device specifically for Patient Collect (Stripe) activated practices.

Access Tebra Payments

  1. Hover over the User icon and click on Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
  2. Click Tebra Payments. Additional setting options expands.
  3. Terminal Settings. The Terminal Settings page opens.
  4. Click Order New Device. The Credit Card Reader page opens in a new browser window.

Purchase Device

  1. Click Add to Cart under the device for additional device information.
  2. Review the device details. Then, click Add to Cart to purchase the device. The Shopping Cart page opens.
    • To review the other device details, click All Products to return to the home page.
  3. Click Buy Now to check out. The Checkout page opens.

  1. Enter an Email Address or Mobile Phone number. Then, click Continue. The Checkout page opens. A validation code is sent to the email or mobile phone number entered.
    Note: The email is sent from retailsales@posportal.com
    • To create an account, click to select "Create an account".
    • To log into an existing account, click Login here. Enter the associated Email Address and Password. Then, click Login.
  2. A validation code is sent to the email or mobile phone number entered. Enter the Validation Code. Then, click Continue. The Billing Information section opens.
    Note: The email is sent from retailsales@posportal.com
  3. Enter the Billing Information. Then, click Continue. The next section opens.
    • If "Create an account" was selected, enter and confirm the Password.
  4. If applicable, enter the Shipping Information. Then, click Continue. The next section opens.
  5. Click to select a Shipping Method. Then, click Continue. The next section opens.
  6. Enter the Payment Information. Then, click Continue. The next section opens.
  7. Review the order details and follow the instructions on the page to complete the order. The confirmation page opens with the order number. A confirmation email will be sent with details and a link to track the order progress.
  8. Once the device is received, complete the device setup and pair the device to Tebra.
