Mark or Restore Note as Error

Updated: 06/09/2023|Views: 10702

When a note is created in error, it can be marked as an error, but cannot be deleted. The notes marked as an error will not be displayed in the Active notes list and will not be included in any patient reporting, such as a CCDA report. If marked in error, the note can be restored to the Active list as necessary.

Access Notes

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name or date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) in the top navigation bar search box.
  2. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's Facesheet page opens.
  3. Click Notes. The Notes page opens.
