On January 21, 2026, your Tebra account will be upgraded to the latest version. Features will be available the following day with the exception of specified timelines.

Billing General Improvements
- To specify a date range at the service line level for Institutional (UB-04) claims, the To date column was added under the Procedures section of the encounter.
- Patient Collect (Stripe) activated customers now have the option to create a new unapplied payment when processing a virtual card payment. Feature available by end of January 2026.
- The All Patients Report now includes the last appointment and next appointment dates. Feature available January 28, 2026.
Note: By default, the last appointment and next appointment date columns are hidden. Use the Table Configuration feature of the report to show the columns.
January 28, 2026 Update: We've carefully examined this feature and decided more research is needed to ensure users have the best experience possible. We will refine our strategy and announce a new launch timeline when available. - The Insurance Collections Report now includes denial-related data extracted from Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) files such as Remittance Advice Remark Codes (RARCs) and Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARCs). Feature will be deployed to customers in phases and completed by the end of March 2026.

We will refine our strategy and announce a new launch timeline when available. - A new Active Denials Report under the Analytics menu, Claims option, is now available. This report includes denial information at both the claim and service line level, empowering billing administrators and staff to identify, prioritize, and follow up on denied claims more effectively. Feature will be deployed to customers in phases and completed by the end of March 2026.

- Fixed an issue where the Key Performance Indicators were not updating
- Fixed an issue where patients received duplicate messages in the patient portal when a provider replies from the message center

Clinical General Improvements
- Providers can now ePrescribe for multiple service locations within a single practice. Select the service location when writing a new prescription and the system automatically performs a DEA license lookup based on the selected location and the provider’s registered locations in Surescripts.
Note: Each service location must be EPCS enrolled to be eligible as a registered location.

- Fixed an issue where the medication reconciliation time stamp performed displayed the incorrect date
- Fixed an issue where the provider's name was not displayed when co-signing a note
- Fixed an issue where providers received an error message when attempting to open certain clinical notes
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to select a template favorite
- Fixed an issue where providers received an delayed message when attempting to start an AI Note Assist
- Fixed an issue where the Patient List report results did not display the patient's problem, medication, or allergy
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to perform a patient medication reconciliation
- Fixed an issue where denied eRx renewal requests removed the medication from the active medication list

Engage General Improvements
- Practice can now print their custom Patient Intake forms for patients to complete in office. Available for Engage subscribers and accounts with access to Patient Intake.

- Fixed an issue where users experience a continuous loading icon attempting to access broadcast history
- Fixed an issue where the incorrect number of follow-up surveys displayed on the Performance Dashboard
- Fixed an issue where clicking the manage patient surveys on the Performance Dashboard did not open the patient communication page
