For Tebra Patient Collect (Stripe) activated practices, the Tebra Patient Collect page allows System Administrators to access their Stripe Dashboard, view connected Stripe Terminals and manage the option to send a Credit Card Authorization form through the Patient Intake workflow (Engage Subscribers).
Access Tebra Patient Collect
- Hover over the User icon and click on Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
- Click Tebra Patient Collect. The Tebra Patient Collect page opens.

Navigate Tebra Patient Collect
Tebra Patient Collect (Stripe) activated practices can access the following features.
- Tebra Payments: Apply for Tebra Payments to switch from Stripe to Tebra's patient payment solution.
Note: Saved cards on file will not automatically transfer from Stripe to Tebra Payments, and must be re-entered. Additionally, Stripe payment terminals are not compatible with Tebra Payments and compatible terminal devices would need to be purchased.
- Patient Collect: Log into the Stripe Dashboard or review the Stripe and Patient Payments FAQs.
- Stripe Terminal: Displays purchased terminals that have been set up. The status shows as offline when the terminal is powered off or has no internet connection.
- Payment Settings: By default, the option to send a Credit Card Authorization form through the Patient Intake workflow is enabled (Engage Subscribers). This allows patients to add, edit, or remove credits card(s) on file and electronically sign the authorization form. To disable, click Off.
